Abstract In the Wadi Qena region, digital elevation model (DEM), aeromagnetic, and magnetotelluric data are processed examined to outline surface water flow patterns, subsurface structures, demonstrate their effects on groundwater direction, assess aquifer thickness relationship between structures inherited (drainage pattern). Qena’s drainage pattern watershed basins were delineated using satellite in order accomplish these objectives.
